It is suitable for packing drinks granules in pyramid/triangle bag with outer envelop automation precision equipment,such as green tea, black tea, scented tea, coffee,health tea, herbal tea.

  1. This unit can perform either three sides sealing or triangle teabag .just need single bond to change the bag between three sides sealing and triangle shape.
  2. Automatic bag-making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting counting, code printing and …etc.
  3. Human-Computer Interface, PLC control, adopted the Panasonic double Servo motor to make the bag .Supplied complete setting functions. Stable bag length, accurate positioning, easy operation.
  4. Adopted Imported ultrasonic sealing, electronic measuring method, ensure solid sealing and accurate feeding.
  5. Packaging material tension automatic adjustment device.
  6. The machine will automatically stop when issued the warning.
